Architectural CAD Estimator

-Review architectural drawings, CAD plans, elevations, sections, and specifications,
-Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using architectural drawings
-Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material quantity schedules.
-Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
-Measure and quantify walls, flooring, ceillings, doors, window, roofing
-Prepare cost estimates and tender/bid proposals.

-Preferably Licensed Architect
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Operations, ARC 3D modeling & visualizationhitectual drawing and design
-Knowledgeable in Building codes and standards.
-Ablity to negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors insuring compliance with legal and financial terms.
