Architectural CAD Technician – Work From Home

Location: India – Remote / WFH
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience
Employment: Full-time

Job Timing: Willing to work as per UK office timing

About the Role

Geospatial-CAD are a UK-based CAD and BIM Consultancy.

We are looking for experienced Architectural CAD Technicians to join our remote production team.

You will work on a variety of architectural and built-environment projects, producing accurate 2D CAD drawings from survey, laser scan and point cloud data.

This is a production role suited to someone who is confident working independently, understands architectural drawings and can deliver accurate work to agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD

· Produce floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plans

· Draft drawings from survey and laser scan information

· Interpret architectural drawings, mark-ups and project information

· Work to established drawing standards, layers and templates

· Review your own work for accuracy before submission

· Communicate clearly with the project team regarding scope, queries and progress

· Meet agreed project deadlines and delivery programmes

Essential Requirements

· Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD

· Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction terminology

· Previous experience in architectural CAD production

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and mark-ups

· Good attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently from home

· Good spoken and written English

· Reliable internet connection and suitable WFH setup

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
