About the role

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during the construction phase
• Prepare and present 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders
• Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural / Architecture or equivalent
• Possess BIM certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCad Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling
• Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M & E)
• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation
• Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings
• Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience
