ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities

 - Lead and manage the architectural works and site activities for the assigned project

• Establish construction detail schedule

• Coordinate with the Architect, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve architectural issues on site

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details to ensure proper site execution

• Monitor the progress of architectural works against the project programme and identify potential delays or issues

• Supervise and coordinate architectural subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

• Ensure architectural works comply with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements

• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate rectification of architectural defects and non-conformities

• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, façade, and other trades to minimise site clashes and interface issues

• Review and coordinate material submissions, samples, mock-ups, shop drawings, and method statements where required

• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with SWC, subcontractors, and client

Job Requirements:

Degrees in Architectural or equivalent

More than 10 years of LTA project

Proven experience managing architectural works for building or mixed development projects

Strong understanding of architectural construction, materials, finishes, and site coordination

Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and multiple trades on site

Good understanding of Singapore construction standards, practices, and authority requirements
