Architectural Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Construction Manager to lead and manage all architectural construction packages, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budget, quality, safety, productivity, and handover requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of architectural works, including partitions, finishes, flooring, ceilings, doors, and specialist systems.
• Manage building façades, including curtain walls, glass, stone, and metal façade systems.
• Oversee external works, hardscape, and architectural landscaping elements.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, equipment, procurement, and site productivity.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other trades to resolve interface issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, implement recovery plans, close non-conformance reports (NCRs), and lead project handover activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
• 15+ years of construction experience , including at least 5 years in architectural construction leadership.
• Proven main contractor experience in luxury malls, mixed-use developments, building façades, and landscape works.
• Strong leadership, planning, cost control, coordination, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in technical communication in English.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration, where legally required.
