ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

About the role

Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site, ensuring timely execution and quality workmanship. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth progress of architectural works. Plan and supervise architectural finishing works such as tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, and external works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site, ensuring timely execution and quality workmanship
• Ensure compliance with BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards; conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectifications as required
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth progress of architectural works
• Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and ensure alignment with design intent and specifications
• Plan and supervise architectural finishing works such as tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, and external works
• Carry out inspections, trade demonstrations, and mock-ups to ensure workmanship meets approved standards
• Support and lead pre-inspections and inspections with consultants and authorities for TOP, QP, and RI submissions
• Identify defects early and drive prompt rectification to meet quality benchmarks
• Liaise with the QA/QC team to implement and maintain a robust quality control plan for architectural elements
• Prepare reports and updates on architectural progress and quality performance

About you

• Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in large-scale residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards and assessment criteria
• Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities on site
