ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Coordinate architectural works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor architectural trades and liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Inspect and verify architectural-related materials for quality and compliance.
• Assist Superior in conducting inspections, meetings, authority liaison and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and specifications
• Experience in mission-critical facilities, such as data centres or semiconductor facilities, will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Penang or the Northern Region of Malaysia.
