Architectural Coordinator

Liaise/correspondence with HQ, clients, authorities, consultants, QS, purchaser, sub-contractors and stakeholders in regard with site matters.

Update master list and transmit to all parties the receiving of architectural, structural and M&E construction drawings.

Monitor sub-contract shop drawings for submission and approval.

Monitor materials sample submission for consultant/client approval.

Monitor and ensure that all discrepancies of drawings/information are resolved in the shortest time.

Daily monitor site activities and report back to Project Manager of site progress against planned schedule & target milestones. To perform daily site inspection to ensure work progress is up to speed and concurrently ensure works performed comply with safe work methods.

To daily resolve site problems either with the structure Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, M&E Engineer or Resident Engineer to achieve smooth operation at site.

Inspect and check site works to ensure all works comply with contract and specifications. And to accompany client's architect/stakeholders for site walk and inspection.

Attend technical/progress meeting and conduct site meetings as and when require.
