Architectural Coordinator

About the role

QXY RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between architectural design vision and practical project delivery. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that architectural projects are executed seamlessly, maintaining quality standards whilst coordinating between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of innovative architectural solutions and the growth of our architectural practice.

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinating architectural documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency across all project phases
2. Liaising between design teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate effective communication and resolve coordination issues
3. Reviewing and managing construction drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations
4. Supporting the preparation of tender documents, specifications, and project schedules
5. Monitoring project timelines and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence and quality standards
6. Assisting with site inspections and documentation to verify that construction aligns with approved designs
7. Maintaining project records, filing systems, and digital archives for easy retrieval and reference
8. Providing administrative support to architectural teams and attending project meetings as required
9. Coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and ensuring model integrity across disciplines

What we're looking for

1. A recognised qualification in Architecture or a related field (Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred)
2. 2–4 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator or in a similar coordination role within an architectural practice or construction environment
3. Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools
4. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and architectural standards
5. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
7. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation and standards
8. Familiarity with construction processes, procurement, and contract administration
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software
10. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
11. Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond proactively to project challenges
