Architectural Coordinator

Job Details:
Location: East
Duration: Full Time
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: Up to $4000 (depending on qualification and years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide technical support and coordinate architectural works by working closely with consultants and subcontractors. The role ensures that architectural works comply with project specifications and requirements while addressing and resolving site-related issues effectively.

• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants to provide practical technical solutions and support the smooth progress of projects.

• Review and analyze architectural drawings to coordinate works with consultants and subcontractors, while addressing technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure that architectural works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings to maintain the required quality standards.

• Report and communicate technical or site-related issues concerning architectural works to the Project Director or Project Manager for timely follow-up and resolution.

• Review tender clarifications and construction drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Bachelors' Degree in Architecture/Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

• Prior related experience preferred.

• Singaporeans only.
