ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Location: Central Singapore (Site-Based)

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works for high-rise building construction, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Monitor daily architectural works and coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors and other site teams to ensure smooth construction progress.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and material submissions, and resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.
• Inspect architectural materials, installations and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities on inspections, technical submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Superior in site inspections, progress meetings, authority liaison and other project-related duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Architect or a related discipline from recognized universities.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, construction methods and site coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based at a project site in Central Singapore.
