Architectural Coordinator #CNQC

1. Design Coordination

• • Review architectural drawings for consistency, completeness, and constructability.

  • Identify clashes (e.g., with structural or MEP services) and propose practical solutions.

  • Ensure drawings are in line with project specifications, local codes, and contract requirements.

  2. Liaison Between Stakeholders

  • Interface with consultants (architects, engineers), subcontractors, and internal construction teams.

  • Clarify design details with consultants and resolve discrepancies in drawings or specifications.

  • Participate in progress meetings with client & consultant, technical coordination meeting with all consultants, sub contractor. Chair internal staff meeting & BIM Coordination meeting.

  3. Construction Support
  • Assist contract team to provide quantity, drawing for sub contractor award.

  Assist site teams by interpreting drawings and providing technical guidance.

  • Monitor progress to ensure construction follows approved drawings.

  • Raise RFIs (Request for Information) and track design responses.

  Lead all architectural work trade demo.

  4. Documentation Control

  • Track architectural drawings, revisions, and approvals.

  • Coordinate issuance of construction drawings (IFC – Issued for Construction).

  • Ensure all parties are working with the latest drawing versions.

  5. Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with architectural finishes and details.

  • Work with QA/QC teams to ensure architectural works meet quality standards.

  • Monitor and resolve non-conformance related to architectural works.

  6. Value Engineering & Buildability

  • Evaluate alternative materials or methods to improve buildability or reduce costs.

  • Provide input during construction planning to align design with site logistics.

Requirments：

• Must have Condo (Maincon) experience
