Architectural Coordinator cum Drafter – Construction

We are a Singapore-based main contractor in the construction industry, looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Coordinator cum Drafter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E drawings.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical drawings as required.
• Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site coordination and verify site conditions against drawings.
• Track drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals.
• Assist with other architectural coordination and drafting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have relevant working experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Previous experience as an Architectural Coordinator, Architectural Drafter, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other relevant drafting software is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and drawing coordination procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
