Architectural Coordinator (Design, Mega Project)

About the Company & Role

Join a leading A1 Main Contractor as a Senior / Architectural Coordinator to support an iconic large scale mixed development project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural design development from concept through detailed design stages.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure design requirements and project objectives are met.
• Review architectural drawings and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications, regulations, and design standards.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design information and resolve design, technical, and coordination issues.
• Support the preparation and submission of drawings, documentation, and authority approval applications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of design milestones and project deliverables.
• Participate in design meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination with main contractors in Singapore.
