Architectural Coordinator (HDB/Residential Project)

• Architectural-works Coordination and delivery for Building-type projects - Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure architectural projects run smoothly, taking direct ownership of work progress and quality.
• Produce supplementary sketches and drawings as needed, and cross-check architectural drawings against structural and M&E plans to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Work with consultants to resolve drawing conflicts, keeping the Project Manager and Contracts Manager updated on any deviations from specifications or drawings; support the Project Manager in scheduling sub-contractor and material quotations.
• Ensure trades sequence their work correctly with accurate dimensions, alignment, levels, and set-out; support the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in specifying finishing materials (e.g., tiles) for quotations and vendor award, and help plan timely material delivery and storage.
• Hold regular meetings to coordinate, monitor, and support sub-contractors on work progress, while assigning duties to architectural supervisors and tracking their timing and quality performance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural or related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years’ of relevant experience.
• Working experience on Singapore construction projects across building-type projects (Residential, HDB, LTA/Government Related)
