Architectural Coordinator

Working Days: Monday - Friday 
Working Time: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Ubi
Salary: $ 3100 - $ 3800 

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in architectural design, interior design, project coordination, construction, technical coordination or system integration is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, CAD or other relevant architectural / design software is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate projects from client requirements, design development, production, installation, testing and commissioning through to project completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore clients, internal project teams and Overseas-based design and technical teams, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood, communicated and implemented.
• Coordinate with the Overseas team on architectural design development, design drawings, technical drawings, specifications, installation methods and system integration to ensure solutions meet project requirements.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, CAD drawings, SketchUp models, shop drawings, design proposals, technical submissions and other project documentation.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate design and project requirements.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel to project sites when required.
