About the role
The Architectural Coordinator (Structural) assists the PM/PE in planning and executing structural and architectural works, leading site coordination with all trades and liaising with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist PM/PE to plan and execute structural and architectural works
- Lead site coordination with all trades
- Liaise with RTO for inspection
- Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, and MOS
- Check shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors
- Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Procurement and monitoring of architectural related materials
- Carry out inspection, trade demo, material testing, and mock-up
- Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree of Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade
- Must know how to read Structural Drawings
