ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR/ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation across project phases.

·        Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.

·        Monitor the progress of architectural works and ensure compliance with design intent and requirements.

·        Facilitate design reviews, site inspections, and architectural approvals.

·        Assist in preparing architectural submissions for regulatory approvals and permits.

·        Support the integration of architectural design with other disciplines (structural, M&E).

·        Maintain accurate project records, drawings revisions, and correspondence logs.

·        Support project management in tracking deliverables, schedules, and quality control.

Requirements:

·        Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.

·        Minimum 3 years experience in architectural coordination or related roles in construction projects.

·        Familiarity with architectural design and construction processes.

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

·        Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
