Architectural Design Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural works with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material samples, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Attend project and technical meetings to resolve architectural and site-related issues.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E works to minimise clashes and construction delays.
• Plan and monitor architectural work schedules, site progress, and subcontractor activities to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure timely rectification of non-compliant works.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for CONQUAS, regulatory inspections, TOP submissions, and ISO audits.
• Support project management in construction planning, quality control, safety compliance, and site coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction, particularly in architectural coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction specifications, and Singapore building regulations.
• Experience coordinating architectural works with structural and M&E disciplines.
• Knowledge of BIM and Green Mark requirements will be an added advantage.
