Job Summary: Join an innovative digital delivery team driving the transformation of architectural design and project delivery through BIM, computational design, automation, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to architectural concept design, design development, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, and project delivery activities.
• Manage assigned architectural or design technology work packages under the guidance of the Project Architect or Digital Delivery Lead.
• Develop computational and generative design approaches for design option studies, analysis, data-driven design, and process improvement.
• Create and enhance workflows integrating BIM, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, automation tools, data platforms, and Generative AI technologies.
• Apply Generative AI tools to support ideation, analysis, visual communication, documentation, and decision-making processes.
• Translate computational and AI-assisted design outputs into coordinated and buildable architectural deliverables.
• Automate repetitive design, documentation, reporting, and project communication tasks to improve efficiency.
• Prototype, evaluate, and document AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions for implementation on live projects.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain effective information flow between design, computational processes, and BIM environments.
• Support the adoption of digital delivery capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes and service offerings.
• Participate in client, consultant, contractor, and site coordination activities, including the presentation of design and digital solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, computational design, digital design, or a related field. Candidates with other levels of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural design development and coordinated project delivery across multiple project stages.
• Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper, or comparable computational design platforms.
• Working knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk Revit, with the ability to contribute to architectural documentation.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools and workflows within design or project delivery environments.
• Ability to integrate multiple software platforms, tools, and data sources to support digital workflows.
• Strong design judgement, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Experience across the BIM project lifecycle is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Python, Dynamo, APIs, scripting, data processing, or workflow automation is an added advantage.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience with real-time rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-assisted visual communication tools is an added advantage.
• Experience translating computational design outputs into BIM models and construction documentation is an added advantage.
• Experience in renovation, additions and alterations, adaptive reuse, building conversion, or sustainability-related projects is an added advantage.
• Experience with generative design, environmental analysis, design optimisation, data-driven design, or agentic AI workflows is an added advantage.
