JOB DESCRIPTION

• Researches, programs, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings and documents.
• Plans and programs layout of project (s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of the Team and workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, schematic design phase, and/or the detailed design phase of a project.
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
• Ensures work is completed on-time and Performs related duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture.
• PRC Licensed Architect.
• At least 5 years experience in Architectural design with Strong Leadership skills and experience.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Comfortable in creating, reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
• Has a strong leadership and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively coordinate with SUBCON, Designers etc.
• Excellent in computer aided applications i.e., AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, LUMION
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
