ABOUT THE POSITION.
Step into a role where you’ll be supported by a team of highly talented and skilled Architects and Associates/Directors. You will work on large scale nationally recognised multi-residential, aged-care and hotel projects. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will shape delivery outcomes. Initially you will work on DA stages, with strong opportunity for construction stage exposure.

DUTIES.

• Produce DA & CC documentation packages
• Support Project Architects in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phases
• Strong opportunity for coordination with consultants, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, required
• Strong in-studio competency in Revit
• Strong understanding of NSW building codes
• Proven 4+ years’ experience in multi-residential, mixed-use and/or aged care projects
