Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and ensuring design solutions meet client specifications and building code standards. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for sustainable architecture, interior design, and project management to contribute to diverse projects, including healthcare facility design.

Duties

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Create compelling presentation materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate construction plans, drawings, and documentation adhering to building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop space planning solutions that optimize functionality and aesthetics.
• Review construction drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in project scheduling, tracking progress, and managing deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Engage with clients through clear communication of design concepts, project updates, and contract details to foster strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of sustainable architecture principles and building information modeling (BIM) tools.
• Knowledge of building code compliance, construction drawing review, and construction plans development.
• Experience working on healthcare facility design projects or interior design is highly desirable.
• Excellent data analysis skills combined with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management practices including project scheduling and contract management.

Pay: $65.86 - $70.55 per hour
