Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect or Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential architecture, be proficient in Revit, and bring a keen design sensibility along with technical expertise to support projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop schematic designs, design development, and construction documents for single-family residences and major renovations.
• Produce accurate and detailed drawings using Revit.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site visits, prepare field reports, and assist with construction administration.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to firm-wide design discussions.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in residential architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations in Massachusetts.
• Excellent design, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.

Base Pay: $66,560.00 - $83,200.00 per year
