Architectural Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design packages for architectural projects, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
• Develop construction documentation using REVIT software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Arch degree from an accredited institution (any specialization).
• Strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) concepts.
• Proficiency in REVIT software; knowledge of BIM principles is essential.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design or a related field (oil & gas industry preferred).
