This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Designer or emerging architectural professional who wants to continue developing their skills while contributing to exceptional residential projects.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced architects, designers, builders and industry partners while participating in projects from early concepts and design development through documentation and construction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Architectural Designer, you may be involved in many aspects of the design and construction process, including:

• Collaborating with architects, designers and project teams on residential projects from concept through construction.
• Developing creative architectural concepts, plans, elevations and construction documents.
• Assisting with design presentations, material selections and project documentation.
• Using Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or similar design software to develop drawings and project details.
• Coordinating with interior designers, builders, landscape architects, engineers, craftspeople and other project partners.
• Participating in client and project meetings and helping translate ideas into thoughtful design solutions.
• Visiting project sites and assisting with coordination throughout construction.
• Exploring new materials, products, technologies and evolving trends in residential architecture and design.
• Bringing your own ideas, creativity and perspective to a collaborative team environment.

WHO WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET

You may be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related design field .
• Approximately 2–5 years of professional architecture/design experience , preferably with residential projects.
• Experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, rendering programs or similar architectural design technology.
• A strong design sensibility and genuine passion for architecture, interiors and the built environment.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from—and contribute to—a talented team.
• A positive, proactive attitude, curiosity and high integrity.
• An interest in building relationships within the architecture, design and construction community.
• Residence in or the ability to work within the Minneapolis–St. Paul / greater Twin Cities area .
• A valid driver's license and transportation for occasional project and site visits.

Professional licensure is welcomed but not required . We are equally interested in professionals who are still building their experience and working toward the next stage of their careers.
