Architectural Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and precision in all design elements, including dimensions, materials, and finishes.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other visual representations of the designed spaces.
• Develop conceptual designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, and details for residential projects using AutoCAD.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in architectural design or a related field (residential architecture preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of other CAD programs an asset.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients at various levels.
• Strong understanding of architecting principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.
