Architectural Designer

Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on a full-time, on-site basis in the Greater Patna Area, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing construction and presentation drawings, and assisting in design development for residential, commercial, and urban projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to refine design details, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes, and contributing to sustainable and functional design solutions. The Architectural Designer will also participate in site visits, client meetings, and interdisciplinary reviews to support smooth project execution from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing, including detailed plans, sections, elevations, and documentation for execution.
• Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their application to site planning, circulation, and community-oriented design.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, strong visualization skills, and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, diagrams, and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage time and priorities across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
