Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and overseeing architectural projects from conceptualization to completion. The position ensures that designs meet client requirements, applicable building codes, industry standards, project specifications, and company objectives. The Architect collaborates with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining quality, functionality, safety, and cost-efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural plans, drawings, layouts, 3D renderings, and design specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and assess site conditions to support design development and project planning.
• Revise designs and drawings based on client requirements, Management instructions, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, material selection, procurement, and project budgeting.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and change orders to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Assist in securing permits and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate, organized, and updated drawings, technical documents, and project records.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
