candidates who have designed enterprise wireless networks and led architecture, standards, and engineering teams

should design the overall enterprise Wi-Fi environment across multiple offices or countries, including access points (APs), wireless controllers or cloud management, coverage, capacity, and security.

Must understand RF coverage, interference, AP placement, capacity planning, predictive design and on-site surveys using tools such as Ekahau or AirMagnet.

Look for hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist or Ruckus, along with Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, 802.1X, RADIUS, NAC and WPA3.

The person must create design standards, assess gaps across locations, prepare architecture documents and reports, review other engineers' designs, and conduct technical workshops
