Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented architectural drafter to join our firm. The candidate will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual designs into construction/ permit drawings. This position requires proficiency in drafting software and an understanding of architectural drafting principles. The designer/ drafter will collaborate closely with the Principal architect to ensure that projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Draft architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Review/ Revise and modify existing drawings
- Prepare presentations
- Maintain organized project documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-design
- Understanding of drafting standards.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing previous drafting work.
