Architectural Drafter

Architectural Drafter – Multi-Family Residential Projects

As an Architectural Drafter, you’ll play a key role in producing construction documents and supporting our project teams through all phases of design. You’ll collaborate with architects and project managers on large-scale residential projects, translating design concepts into detailed, accurate, and code-compliant drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Draft and revise construction documents based on redlines and design changes
• Develop and maintain drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure coordinated drawing sets
• Maintain drawing accuracy and consistency throughout all project phases
• Follow applicable building codes, standards, and firm drafting practices
• Organize and manage CAD/Revit files and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional drafting experience in an architectural firm; multi-family experience preferred
• Professional experience using Revit is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
