Architectural Drafter (Revit / AutoCAD)

GlobalBridge Talent is hiring Architectural Drafters to produce drawings and BIM models for US residential and commercial projects. What you'll do

• Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Build and maintain BIM models in Revit
• Pick up redlines and produce accurate revisions on tight timelines
• Prepare permit drawing sets that follow US standards and local code requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Keep drawing standards, sheet sets, and file organization consistent

What you bring

• Degree or diploma in architecture, architectural technology, civil engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of architectural drafting experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience on residential or commercial projects
• Clear written English for coordinating with project teams

Nice to have

• Experience with US building codes and permit drawings
• Rendering and visualization with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray
• MEP or structural coordination experience
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud
