ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

1. Prepare architectural, interior fit-out, and joinery shop drawings using AutoCAD.
2. Develop detailed drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
3. Prepare joinery shop drawings for cabinets, counters, wardrobes, doors, wall panels, and other custom items.
4. Review architectural drawings and coordinate dimensions and details with site conditions.
5. Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and other project requirements.
6. Prepare as-built drawings and revise drawings based on site changes and consultant/client comments.
7. Prepare and update drawings for material submittals, shop drawing submissions, and project documentation.
8. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
9. Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and approved designs.
10. Maintain proper drawing files, revisions, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
2. Strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
3. Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
4. Able to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
5. Familiar with shop drawings, joinery details, material submittals, as-built drawings, and fit-out documentation.
6. Good understanding of interior construction and joinery methods.
7. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
8. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Good communication and coordination skills.
10. Immediate joiners are preferred.
