Architectural Draftsman

The Architect will be responsible for developing and coordinating architectural designs for restaurants and retail outlets, ensuring that projects meet the company’s design standards, operational requirements, budget, and construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and designs for restaurant and retail projects.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, architectural details, and construction drawings.
• Incorporate company and brand design standards into new and existing stores.
• Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, constructability, and cost.
• Prepare drawings and documents required for construction and permitting.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate architectural plans with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and other specialist designs (MEPFS).
• Review MEPFS layouts and resolve design conflicts involving ceilings, equipment, shafts, openings, and penetrations.
• Attend design and coordination meetings and ensure that coordinated drawings are properly issued for construction.
• Review and revise designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and operational needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (PRC).
• Newly licensed architects are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or restaurant projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in architectural design and technical drawing.
• Willing to conduct site visits and attend coordination meetings.
• Able to handle multiple projects and work effectively with different project teams.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
