About Us

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC – Dubai is a professional BIM, CAD, and architectural services company providing high-quality drafting, BIM modeling, and technical documentation solutions for architectural and construction projects.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
• Prepare construction and shop drawings according to project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments.
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings meet project standards, specifications, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of Revit Architecture/BIM is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Experience preparing construction and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
