What they need
Professional Requirements:
- Interior & architectural finishing works
- Joinery works (Doors, cladding)
- Drywall system drawings
- Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) / ceiling detailing
- MEP coordination for architectural drawings
- Architectural works including parking area cladding
- Tiling works detailing
- Stone cladding detailing
- Fit-out works documentation
- Hands-on BIM experience
- Good knowledge of POD (prefabricated bathroom unit)
- Proficient in CAD drafting with proper layer / pin assignment
- Landscape drawing experience is an advantage
Candidates must be proficient in at least three of the above areas.
2. Work Experience Requirements:
- Preferred Qualifications (Tier 1):
- Previous working experience with large main contractors
- Experience on high-rise buildings and high-end construction projects
Minimum 5 years of local working experience in the UAE
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
