Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Architectural Shop Drawings for high-end commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare fully coordinated Floor Plans, Partition Layouts, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), Flooring Layouts, Wall Finishes, Elevations, Sections and Construction Details .
• Develop architectural shop drawings based on IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ, approved design drawings and site measurements .
• Prepare partition details , including gypsum board, glass partitions, acoustic partitions, fire-rated partitions and associated fixing details.
• Prepare detailed ceiling shop drawings , including gypsum ceilings, bulkheads, ceiling features, access panels, shadow gaps and lighting integration.
• Prepare flooring shop drawings , including tile layouts, marble, carpet, vinyl, raised flooring, skirting, thresholds and transition details.
• Prepare door and ironmongery schedules , glazing details, wall finishes schedules and architectural material schedules.
• Develop large-scale architectural details , including fixing methods, junction details, installation details and interfaces between different materials.
• In coordination with our Architects and MEP Engineers, prepare fully coordinated architectural drawings incorporating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and other building services.
• Identify and resolve architectural, structural, joinery and MEP clashes before drawings are issued for site execution.
• Prepare as-built drawings at time of project start as a part of dilapidation and at the project end as a part of our closeout.
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual site dimensions and existing conditions before preparing final shop drawings.
• Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise drawings until final approval.
• Coordinate closely with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers and Joinery Production Teams.
• Prepare detailed material interfaces, setting-out drawings and installation details for high-end architectural finishes.
• Update Drawings logs, material logs, submissions to clients - keeping a tracker of all your works.
• Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control, drawing registers and submission records.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory ; Revit/BIM capability is an advantage.
• Must have previous experience specifically in high-end interior fit-out projects , including corporate offices, commercial spaces, hospitality, retail or luxury interiors.
• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of architectural detailing, joinery, finishing materials, construction methods and site execution requirements .
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Architectural Drafting experience is mandatory .
• 5 years of Saudi Arabia/GCC interior fit-out experience preferred.
• Must be currently available for IMMEDIATE JOINING WITHIN 5 DAYS .
