Architectural Draftsperson

The ATB Morton Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare detailed and precise architectural concept drawings, sketches and construction drawings.
• Follow directions from senior personnel to resolve technical concerns, ideas and suggestions as required to ensure completeness of documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings showing existing site layouts, proposed site layouts, site analysis, floor plans, elevations & sections.
• An understanding of relevant Acts, regulations, codes and standards and demonstrate their application in a project-specific manner.

Values and Experience

• Previous drafting experience or in a similar role within the construction industry, commercial construction will be highly desirable
• Hold relevant qualifications in architectural design, engineering, drafting or similar
• Previous experience as a Draftsperson, Building Designer, Architect or similar
• Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation and NCC/BCA codes
• Proficient in software applications including Archicad, Twin Motion & Microsoft 365 suite.
• Have a valid drivers license.
