Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in architecture, urban planning, infrastructure development, and large-scale government and public-sector projects across India.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience to prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, an understanding of architectural design and construction drawings, and the ability to coordinate with architects and other project team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop architectural layouts and detailed construction drawings as per project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, and MEP teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare drawings for government, institutional, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings and adherence to project specifications.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with design requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an architectural consultancy or architecture firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Ability to interpret architectural designs and convert them into detailed technical drawings.
• Knowledge of Revit and other architectural software will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.
