Architectural draftsperson

About the role

The architectural draftsperson/ architectural interior technician role is intended to be filled by an experienced design professional from the architecture/ interior design field depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications and the requirements of the Company's stakeholders. The role entails the leading of design activities for the Company across Asia, under the leadership of the Founding Partners. A high degree of collaboration with suppliers, local design consultants, contractors and the Company's stakeholders will be required, as well as periodic travel to the development sites and supplier factories. The role will involve a high degree of autonomy, noting that the Architect will work alongside the resort architect.

Key responsibilities

• Complete feasibility drawings for development projects
• Translate client's brief into REVIT model
• Produce REVIT model for Feasibility drawings with accurate information
• Produce paper sheets for PDF and printing in REVIT model
• Coordinate with Architecture and Interior design team to ensure REVIT model is accurate and reflect the latest design intention
• Coordinate with the Development team to ensure the proposal is feasible
• Consider final user's need, future requirements and environmental impact
• Understand local building regulations, standards and accessibility requirements
• Understand site constrains and limits, terrain, building height and footprint limits
• Liaise with the consultant team and the relevant authorities to understand and communicate requirements

About you

• 3+ years Architectural drafting experience after graduate working on a diverse range of projects
• Knowledge of construction and working with developers
• Revit architectural program, CAD, other graphics program such as Adobe In-design, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Work within the set budgets
