- 15 years of experience in Liaisoning and Planning.
- Liaisoning Experience with: MCGM, MHADA, SRA for Sanctioning of Projects, issue of IOA/IOD/CC/Further CC/OC permission, Plans Approval, Release of TDR
- Experience in compliance report, data sheet, and post monitoring report for MOEF
- Experience of Preparing feasibility report of new development/ redevelopment project under various scheme of DCR.
- Site handling experience of Residential Projects.
- Knowledge of AUTO CAD Drawing.
- Well-Coordinated with Design Architect, Consultant, Contractors, Vendors.
- Experience in making plans of various civil works.
- High Problem solving , analytical skills.
