Architectural Engineer

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works on site.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
• Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural and M&E works to avoid clashes.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality of architectural works.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects and rectification works.
• Resolve architectural and technical issues arising during construction.
• Coordinate material samples, approvals, deliveries, and installation works.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural work progress.
• Prepare site reports, inspection records, and relevant project documentation.
• Ensure works are completed according to the project schedule and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Relevant experience in building or construction projects is preferred.
• Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with architectural finishes, materials, and construction methods.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different project teams.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, building or construction, or related projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
