About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative architectural design and practical engineering execution. You will translate conceptual sketches into code-compliant technical blueprints, manage BIM workflows, and coordinate directly with local municipalities and government authorities.Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting & Design: Translate conceptual sketches into precise technical construction drawings, including detailed floor plans, cross-sections, and structural details.
• Authority Approvals: Prepare, review, and submit architectural drawings to local Abu Dhabi authorities (such as Abu Dhabi Municipality / DMT) ensuring full compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain high-quality 3D digital architectural models within Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD workflows.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate actively with structural engineers, MEP teams, and project consultants to eliminate layout conflicts before construction begins.
• Client & Authority Relations: Conduct meetings in fluent Arabic and English with clients, contractors, and government officials to resolve design and approval bottlenecks.
• Site Inspections: Conduct routine site visits to verify physical dimensions, take accurate measurements, and monitor construction progress against design documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is strictly mandatory for this position to handle authority documentation and client communication.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in architectural design and technical drafting, ideally within the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi building codes, zoning laws, and Estidama sustainability guidelines.
• Joining Status: Immediate joiners or candidates on a short notice period will be given high priority.
