Architectural Engineer – High-Rise Construction

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer with strong experience in high-rise building construction to manage architectural execution, shop drawings, finishing works, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Supervise blockwork, plaster, tiles, ceilings, doors, windows, façade, and finishing works.
• Prepare and follow up RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, and site teams.
• Resolve technical issues and drawing discrepancies.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and coordinate as-built drawings and project close-out documents.
• Attend technical and progress meetings with consultants and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• High-rise building experience is mandatory.
• Main contractor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and site execution.
• Strong experience with shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and consultant coordination.
• AutoCAD required; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Important: Candidates without high-rise building construction experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
