Architectural Engineer – Revit & BIM Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect Engineer with hands-on experience on REVIT & BIM Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver innovative architectural solutions that meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning:

• Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

• Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

2. Project Management:

• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design challenges.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Apply knowledge of structural integrity, materials, and construction methods.

• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.

• Review and approve technical documents, including permits and contracts.

4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

• Present design proposals and modifications clearly through sketches, renderings, and presentations.

• Address feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all architectural work meets industry standards and legal requirements.

• Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Professional licensure (e.g., NCARB, RIBA) is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
