Architectural Engineer / Site Engineer

We are looking for an Architectural Engineer / Site Engineer to support design coordination and on-site execution of building and fit-out projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
• Supervise daily site activities and manage subcontractors and labor.
• Monitor progress against schedule and report delays with solutions.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with UAE building codes.
• Obtain approvals from consultants and authorities, and handle snagging and handover.
• Enforce HSE rules on site.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, progress reports, and site documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in building, villa, or fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE building regulations.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills in English; Arabic is Must
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Knowledge of FF&E selection and sourcing
