Architectural Graduate (4-6yr) - Revit

We're recruiting for an established, design-led studio in Hawke's Bay with a genuine track record of getting people registered. One tight-knit team, real project ownership, and a portfolio spanning mixed-use developments and commercial work.

What you'll be doing

• Working across mixed-use and commercial projects from concept through to construction
• Getting hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, not just documentation
• Learning directly from senior architects who are invested in your registration journey
• Contributing to a studio that's built a genuine name for growing graduates into registered architects

What we're after

• A few years post-grad experience (roughly 3-7 years), keen to keep building toward NZRAB registration
• Confident in Revit
• Someone who wants to be part of a small, high-performing team — not a cog in a big machine
• Based in or genuinely keen to relocate to Hawke's Bay

Why this one's worth a look

Hawke's Bay isn't just a lifestyle move, this studio has a real pipeline of interesting, varied work and a proven pathway to registration. If you're the kind of grad who wants to build a career rather than just tick over another job, this is worth a conversation.
