  • Prepare and develop architectural drawings, documentation, renderings, reports and presentations.
  • Undertake research into materials, products, building codes, regulations and relevant design requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects and consultants across various project stages.
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings and project discussions.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and creative studio environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or Diploma in Architectural Technology.
  • Two or more years’ experience working in a New Zealand architectural practice is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Lumion is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and relevant NZ Standards.
  • Strong design, documentation and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
  • An understanding of sustainable design principles and their application to projects is an advantage.
  • Current New Zealand driver license and access to a vehicle for travel to project sites, client meetings and inspections.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Yearly training allowance.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects from start to finish.
