Architectural Intern

About the role

Assist architects in preparing schematic designs, space planning, and working drawings using CAD and 3D modeling software. Help produce presentation materials, 3D renderings, and mood boards for client meetings. Organize and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents. Participate in design coordination meetings and accompany architects on site visits as needed. Perform basic site measurements and support administrative tasks within the Design Department.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (3rd year, 4th year, or graduating student)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit/Enscape
• Basic understanding of Philippine building codes, architectural standards, and drafting conventions
• Strong communication skills, eager to learn, and able to work well in a collaborative team environment
